Hi Logan, The Echo 316L Optic Ready has a 16" light weight melonite barrel and the Echo 316H has a 16" heavy barrel. L = Light, H= Heavy Stay safe & have a great day!

Hi Logan and welcome. Weight and barrel thickness. Light Weight barrel 316L and Heavy Weight Barrel 316H is the only difference. 316L Weight = 5 lbs. 13 oz. and 316H Weight = 6.4 lbs. Cheers and stay safe!
