Fiocchi ammo is excellent I have used this defense ammo and it worked great. I shoot competition skeet and I shoot Fiocchi ammo ( shooting dynamics) in competition

Hi Kylon, The 12-gauge #00 buckshot load comes in a 2 3/4-inch hull fitted with Fiocchi's proven 209 primer. A 16.7-grain powder charge sits beneath Fiocchi's RS-21 target wad, which, in turn, holds nine #00 buckshot lead pellets. This is an easy shooter in terms of recoil, and capable of maintaining a lethal defense pattern within 30 yards when propelled from an 18.5-inch cylinder bore barrel. Stay safe & have as great day!
