The Bad news you cant own it with the 18 round magazine. First off, thank you for your Service!! That being said, Buds still will not ship this out with WA state non-compliant magazines unless you are Law Enforcement. But, as mentioned, you can still order the firearm and have it shipped minus the 18 round magazines. Then, purchase the 10 round compliant mags. Or, if not available have your FFL order the 18 round mags which they can block to make them the necessary 10 round mags for WA.
