Hi Bruce and welcome. Just a screwdriver to tighten the screw and some blue loc-tite. It will mount directly to your top picatinny rail with the included picatinny mount. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

Nothing needed at all except a screwdriver to tighten it up to the piccatinny rail atop.

just put it on your picatinny rail and tighten it down nothing additional is required
