In Maryland, the mag capacity when ordering a firearm is 10. However, the one that comes with this one has mag with a capacity of 20. Will it ship with a 10, or would I have to purchase separately?

Hi Darryl and welcome. It will ship without non-compliant magazines and you will need to purchase compliant magazines separately. Cheers and stay safe!

Hi Darryl, you would need to purchase separately. Bud's will remove the non-compliant mags but will not replace them.
