No, the .357 cartridges are longer than a .38. That's why you can load a .38 in a gun chambered for .357 magnum but not the other way around.

Hi John, no sir, this is .38sp only. It does not work both ways, .357 has a longer case than .38sp. Stay safe & have a great day!
