No, the .45LC/.410 combination pretty much unique to the Judge/Circuit Judge/Governor-type revolving cylinder models and maybe some single shot rifles. The similar dimensions of of the different cartridges do not make them interchangeable except in the aforementioned firearms designed specifically to use both. In any case, the loading gate and feed system would be unlikely to fit a 3" shell which is about twice the length of the average .45 Long Colt.

no it will not to start with a 45lc chamber is about 1.6 inches in length the 410 shell is either 2 1/2 or 3 inches long so it will not fit. also Rifled barrel would not work well with plastic wads and shot you would get a lot of plastic fowling in the riffling the revolvers can do it because the cylinder is long enough for the 410 and it goes through a very short barrel

Hi Daniel, no sir, a .410 shotshell is 2 1/2" long when fired, a .45 Colt is 1.6" long. There's no way a .410 is going to fit in a gun chambered only for .45 Colt. The "combination gun" or "combo gun" that fires both, have barrels and chambers that are chambered for both .410 shotgun shells and .45 Colt cartridges. The Rossi R92 is chambered for .45LC only.
