I have read and reread everything I could find on bullpups in NY state and NY city and now I am even more confused' From what I found some bullpups are legal and some are not but I could not find any regulations to understand which are legal> Please ask your Local FFL holder as he should have a better understanding of NY laws

Hi Joann, this is NY State legal. From what I'm reading, this pump action bullpup is also legal in NY City, as it exceeds the overall length requirement of 26".
