Hi Anthony and welcome. Yes, without a stock this is classified as a standard Handgun/Pistol. You could even add a Pistol Brace and still purchase/own with needing NFA registration or $200 Tax Stamp. Hi Anthony, yes sir, you can purchase this without NFA stamp. This is classified as a pistol, no registration needed (unless you put a stock on it) Stay safe & have a great day!
