PMC uses boxer primers. http://pmcammo.com/about/ Hope that helps!
PMC uses Boxer type primers. As to the brand of primers they could be made in house or like most ammo manufacturers they buy large quantities from different sources depending on current market price. I'm sure they specify things like non-corrosive chemicals, etc. Ammo manufacturers like Federal, CCI, Seller & Bellot probably use their own brand of primers as they in fact manufacture them for retail sales.
I use CCI400 Small Rifle primers to reload these. They are boxer primers (stock).
PMC Ammo is manufactured in Poongsan's Angang and Dongrae plants located in South Korea. They produce their own primers.
Also, these are boxer primed and they ARE crimped but you can ream out the primer crimp and use CCI small rifle to reload
