Hi Brandon, it comes a shown, with a pistol brace. It is not a stock, it is a pistol brace. The ATF banned braces for a short while, but it was overturned by the courts. Pistols braces are once again legal. If you put a stock on it, it will become a SBR, but a pistol brace is once again legal. Stay safe & have a great day!
