While you'll see an increase in velocity, feeding any firearm a steady diet of +P may cause premature wear on internals and increase cleaning intervals.

Hi Craig, standard ammo will stop the threat just as quick as +P ammo. Frequent +P ammo results in more wear on your pistol. Stay safe & have a great day!

I personally prefer standard 9mm (federal hydro shock) because I find I am mor accurate with it. I will pick accuracy over the marginal increase in velocity
