The adjusting knob is ambidextrous. As far as the mold of the cheek weld, I'm guessing it would suit a lefty just fine.

Hi Joseph, if you look at the close up pictures here, it does not look like the adjustment knob can be switched form one side to the other. It also looks like there are 2 knobs, one on each side, but they cannot be moved. See here >>> seekinsprecision.com/havak-hit.html Stay safe & have a great day!
