Read an article that said you can, but shouldn't - fire .308 thru 7.62 & vice versa. Anyone know what the barrel is actually stamped with/chambered for?

Hi Mark,  this is chambered for 7.62 X 51 and  will fire both .308 WIN and 7.62x51mm NATO.
