Norton will refund within 30 days but unfortunately not longer. Your credit card might (if you used one) as they have benefits a lot of people don't know about (I just recently learned).

No, but Norton's does if within 30 days. I have done it, more than once. When the claim is approved Norton cuts you a check and mails it to you.
