that is a question for Ruger as they do not offer a 22mag cylinder in the wrangler. it is only offered in the super wrangler. Ruger does not say if there is a difference in the frames between the wrangler and the super wrangler contact Ruger Customer Service: 336-949-5200 (Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm ET).

Hi Harry, no sir, the Wrangler cannot fire .22 magnum, only the Super Wrangler can. Even then, Ruger does not sell the cylinders separately, you would need to buy the Super Wrangler. Stay safe & have a great day!
