You would want the 7rd tube extension for a flush barrel length tube: budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/87475/carlsons+04506+870+1100+11-87+12+gauge+7+rd+extension+black ------------ Depending on the tolerances of the shotgun, you may or may not need a washer for a possible slight gap fit between the tube and handguard.
