Hi Gordon, this has a on/off feature which is your normal firing grip. --The Crimson Trace Laserguard Pro combines a green laser aiming device with a 150 lumen white tactical light in one very compact package. Equipped with Crimson Trace's famous Instinctive Activation, requiring only a normal firing grip to activate the unit. It has four operation modes: laser only, light only, laser plus light, and laser plus light strobe.
