Is there a fix for canted iron sights on a new Ruger RM4 rifle stock, 10-22? Sights are misaligned when I bring it up to aim. I can compensate, but I should not have to. Brand new rifle also.

Is there a fix for canted iron sights on a new Ruger RM4 rifle stock, 10-22?  Sights are misaligned when I bring it up to aim.  I can compensate, but I should not have to. Brand new rifle also.
