From Bond Arms' site the description is: Stubby only weighs 13.6oz and measures a total overall length of a mere 4.25" with a height of 3.75".  It is also very flat at a mere .88".
Lots of different sellers have the 5/16 mistake in their description which are, like here, automatically generated. Presumably the original mistake came from the manufacturer themselves.
