Hi Scott, The comb and heel is the angle fitment. It is the drop below the line of the barrel at the comb (Where it meets the stock) which is 1 5/8 inches the drop below same line at the heal (the back of stock where it meets the shoulder) is 2 inches. 1 5/8 inch drop from the top of the barrel at the comb (front edge of the stock) and 2 inches drop at the far end of the butt stock (the heel). This determines where your head ends up in relation to the sights and how much recoil you will get hit with in the face. The more drop equals more muzzle rise during recoil (it will hit you harder in the face) and puts your eye lower to the sights which is good for shotgun or iron sighted rifles. Less drop will send most of the recoil straight back into your shoulder. The difference in the measurements will also determine where the recoil goes. A bigger difference will hit you in the face harder than a stock with no difference in the measurements. 4+1 equals 4 in the magzine and 1 in the chamber.
