Will this fit on a Psa Ar 15-16" barrel , picattini style ? Since my hands are small I guess this will fit perfectly fine

Hi Raciel, this will fit the PSA AR15 w/pis rail no issues, as long as you have a pic rail under the barrel. 
If you have M-Lok handgaurd, you will need a M-Lok to picatinny adapter https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/10477/magpul+m-lok+9+slot+aluminum+4.1+black ,
 Should be fine for your small hands.
