Hi James, no sir, due to the threaded barrel in combination with the pistol grip. You can buy this is a NJ gun shop where they will pin/weld the thread protector to make it complaint. I am a NJ resident and have seen this for sale many times locally. It is not compliant as is, but a gun shop can make it compliant. Unfortunately, Bud's will not ship unless it is compliant as is.
