Hi Michael, yews sir, this works on all AR15 platforms and will no affect the functionality with a suppressor. Be aware, adding a stock to a pistol will turn it into a SBR and require registration and a $200 tax stamp. Stay safe & have a great day!

There would be no functionality issues installing it on any length AR but, at the size you are inquiring about it will require paying a $200 tax stamp & registering.
