Hi Anthony, yes sir, because this is a pistol (not SBR), it is a non NFA item. No tax stamp required. It does not have a stock, it has a pistol brace. You can not remove the brace and replace it with a stock, then it would be a SBR and require a tax stamp. Stay safe & have a great day!
