sorry it is not legal in CA there are no gen 4 or gen 5 Glocks approved for sale in CA https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search?make=150972

Hi John and welcome. Unfortunately, no Sir. Only Gen 3 Glocks are on the CA DOJ Handgun Roster. No prior Gen 1's, Gen 2's or post Gen 4's or Gen 5's such as this model. Cheers and stay safe!
