Hi Jackie, there is no way for us to know, we do not have access to firearms. When the ATF made brace ruling, you could not even leave the slotted buffer tube on, so if there is no brace, there is most likely no slotted tube. Now, with the ruling being reversed, this may now come with a slotted buffer tube and a pistol brace.
