Hi Stephen, pistol braces are once again allowed. A stock cannot be added without registration and a $200 tax stamp. If you want to add an adjustable brace, you would need to replace the buffer tube with a slotted one. budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/146750/tacfire+mil-spec+buffer+tube+black+hardcoat+anodized+aluminum+for+ar-15 , . Then you could add this brace budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/143778/sb+tactical+sba3x-01-sb+sba3+brace+synthetic+black+5-position+adjustable+for+ar-platform+tube+not+included , . Stay safe & have a great day!
Hi Stephen and welcome. An actual Shoulder Stock would make this Pistol a Short-Barreled Rifle requiring NFA registration and $200 Tax Stamp. You could add a Brace and not change the Pistol classification. This SB Mini Brace will attach without modification: https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/45650/sb+tactical+sbmini01sb+ar+brace+mini+elasto-polymer+black+with+sbt+logo -------------------------------- and look like this when installed: https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/127454/adams+arms+p1+223+remington+5.56+nato+pistol ------------ Cheers and stay safe!
no a stock would make it a NFA short barrel rifle. However you can add a pistol brace like this one https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/143778/sb+tactical+sba3x-01-sb+sba3+brace+synthetic+black+5-position+adjustable+for+ar-platform+tube+not+included
