Hi Tom, It depends on the weight of the ammo. When I order ammo I seek out ammo that shows free shipping otherwise I won't purchase it. Just a few boxes could run $40 to ship alone. Hope this helps. Ammumition shipping is based on weight, warehouse location and buyer location. Some ammunition is marked "Free Fedex Option" requires you to purchase a minimum $199 to get free shipping. Generally the more ammunition you order the less the cost per round shipped is.

unless its something special I can normally get ammo at a better price at places like wally world because of the shipping price
