I live in CO with a 15rd mag restriction. My FFL can make it CO compliant. Can it be shipped with the 20rd mag or can it be shipped without the mag to Colorado?

Buds will ship it without a magazine if that is the only reason that it is not legal in your state

Hi Matthew, Buds will ship to CO without the magazine. You would need to obtain your own state compliant magazines. 
Bud's will not ship non-compliant magazines even if your FFL agrees to make them compliant.
