Is it legal to own this in NJ & if so would it be hard for this site to have what guns are legal in certain states stated in the bottom of the description of the gun.

Hi Lamont, yes this is NJ legal. You can remove the CA fin grip and it will still be NJ legal. You can have a pistol grip as long as the stock is fixed and it has a non-threaded barrel.
