The people who have them seem to be very happy with them. I think you will enjoy it. I just prefer the Ruger because I know Ruger will be around if I ever need parts or have a issue with the gun

You will be happy with this decision David. The piston system will run much cooler and will be easier to clean. The piston system will add a small bit of weight over the Saint and Ruger but the benefits are well worth that extra half pound.
