If racking the slide is an issue then I'd suggest looking at the Shield EZ models. The slides rack back with little to no effort! My wife has the Shield EZ .380 and is able to manipulate the slide easily. Here are what is available on Buds site. https://www.budsgunshop.com/search.php/q/shield+ez
