Tomcat is new, jams with 5 different mags & 6 different ammo. Boyfriend's jams with my 2 mags but not his 3 mags. All jam in my new firearm.

Sorry to hear this. I had a jamming/feeding issue with my Berretta 950 Jetfire years ago. In my case It was a magazine issue. New Mecgar mags resolved my issue. Since you've ruled out mags by swapping them into your BF's Tomcat I'd also give Berrettas customer service a call.
