Hi Stephen and welcome. The Macro has a traditional picatinny accessory rail compared to the P365 XL so I would verify fitment with Uncle Mikes Customer Service at 800-423-3537 Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm MST and Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm MST.
