Change browsers to Chrome or Edge. Clear cache. Oh... You probably have a popup blocker. That'll stop it from getting the popup window.

I have the same problem no matter what browser I try. My popups work on everything else.

Hi Ryan, you most likely have a pop up ad blocker. If you don't know how to turn it off, try a different device or different browser.
