It has none of these banned features - 1. a folding or telescoping stock; 2. a thumbhole stock; 3. a second handgrip or a protruding grip that can be held by the non-trigger hand; 4. a fixed magazine capacity in excess of seven rounds; or 5. an ability to accept a detachable magazine
