Absolutely, depending on your state though. Here in NY, I'd have to handle this like any other pistol purchase. It'd have to go through my local sheriff's department & I'd have to wait until I got it added to my permit. Then once our Ammendment coupon arrives, go back to gunshop with the paperwork, then proceed with background check.
