I have found around a equal number of sites that say the sku 806703990033 model 99003 has a rails and sites that say it does not have a rail the model number an sku say item not found at the CZ website so I suggest to get a 100% correct answer you will have to contact CZ USA at Toll-free: 1-800-955-4486
