What is the difference between this and a standard python? Except for the front site being fiber optic, it's difficult to find any other differences.

No other differences that I can find. Thought maybe the rear sight being adjustable for windage but nope, just the front sight.

Hi Joe, that is the only difference. This has a a user-interchangeable green fiberoptic target front sight.
