Hi Cain and welcome. Just click the Make Offer blue button and you should get a popup to make an offer. If not check your browser for popup blocker or hold the shift key when clicking the button. You may have to click the button, click back and click the Make Offer button a few times to activate it. Don't expect more than a few bucks to be accepted. Cheers and stay safe!

I understand why you are asking this If the Blue "Make Offer" button is not visible. I Also am Not seeing the Link in Any listing offering to Make An Offer? If you continue to have an issue then I'd give Buds Customer Service a call at 1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri for Help.

Hi Cain, just hit the "Make An Offer" button and a box will pop up where you can make your offer. If you do not see the box, try a different browser or another device. Stay safe & have great day!
