Honestly, we can ALL suggest different pistol models for you but...Your best bet would be to find a local gun range that also rents out guns to try. Then, you'll see what fits you personally & how things like recoil feel, slide manipulation and such.

Hi Sharon, would this be your first gun? If you have shot 9mm pistols before and can handle them, then yes this is a good choice. If you have never shot a gun before, then it is impossible to say. It is almost impossible to give a one size fits all answer without knowing more information. Your experience, size, physical stature, limitations, etc. all play a role in whether a particular firearm is suited for an individual. Stay safe & have a great day!
