Hi Jeff and welcome. The reticle/dot size is the sole difference. For the 3.5 RMR Ameriglo Haven Red Dot you would need the following dovetail RMR Adapter Plate (replaces the rear sight). https://www.glockstore.com/Micro-Dot-RMR-Dovetail-Mount

The ONLY difference is the retical size (3.5 vs. 5) now, I am not a Fan at All of the "Dovetail Adapter" for Optics. Your best best would be to have a reputable company mill the slide out for the particular Optic you'd want. That way it can be made to fit without any need for Adapter plates.
