Is this a 10+1 compliant model for states such as WA? The title describes as 10+1 but in description states comes with three mags then later states comes with 10+1 and 13+1 and no Smith and Wesson item number to cross reference.

Hi John, if you are restricted to 10 rounds, Bud's will only ship with the 10rd magazine. You would need to obtain any spare 10rd magazines at your expense.
