Thee XD Mod 2 SC is more ergonomic in my opinion. The PX4 is kinda bulky in build. However, since different folks have different needs I would seek to handle both at a local gun shop to see which feels best to you.

Hi, after watching Berettas Live feed from the Shot Show yesterday I'm really starting to look at that PX4 myself. 50,000 rounds with just 3 cleanings.
