Hi Christopher, the best way to do it without having to do 2 transfer fees is to make her a Buds account under her name and your email. Use her address and local FFL dealer. Then purchase it and tell her when it is delivered to go to her local ffl dealer as something is waiting for her. I just did this for my brother in law.

As was stated Christopher, you can setup an account in your daughters name and use your email address. If your daughter is new to firearms (only if) I would take her to a local gun shop just to shoot a few rentals or handle a few firearms just to see what she likes the feel of. I would not throw one on her but rather let her find and tell you what she likes on a daughter/father outing. Her input on a firearm she will use is very important. Then go the route we all suggest for the suprise. A firearm is a different type of gift she will have to be comfortable with.
