Hi Ed, all this needs to be made NJ compliant is to have the stock fixed. Tippmann Arms says it is available with your choice of adjustable or fixed Stock. (Bud's does not do compliance work, so they will not pin the stock for you) Your best bet would be to buy it locally in NJ where it would be made compliant. Or you can try asking Bud's if they have a fixed stock model in stock (I doubt it) 1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri. .
