Spec says it's a 3 bullet gun? Most info in other places say 4 + 1. Several owners say the finish appears to be coming off the barrel, is that covered under warranty? Can you get 30mm rings with it rather than 1"?

Hi Thomas, the total capacity is 4 rounds (3+1). You can not swap out the scope rings. I would imagine the warranty would cover the barrel finish but it would be best to confirm with Ruger at  336-949-5200  (Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm ET)
