yes it will be fine with slugs you will get your best accuracy using Foster type rifled slugs (made for smooth bore barrels)

Hi Robert, yes sir, this will shoot slugs with no issues. Use rifled (foster) slugs. Improved cylinder choke usually gives best results with slugs. Do not shoot slugs through a full choke. Stay safe & have a great day!
