Hi Steve and welcome. Yes Sir. This will be a direct fit on the Ruger PC Charger. Remember to use Blue Loc-tite on the fastening screws and let cure before use. This will prevent loosening during use but can still be easily removed. Installation only takes a couple of minutes. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
